It's been a minute since you've heard from me through this newsletter! But I have been busy, being quiet and slowly sharing a few developments that I would like to share with you now.
If you've been following me on social media, you've probably noticed I've been spending more time focusing on Her Chosen Legacy (HCL) and the work we're doing in the community, and you may be wondering, Stacey, what's happening with Your Brilliant Transitions?
Well, let me assure you, YBT isn't going anywhere! I'm still doing what I love, helping business owners and organizations strengthen their operations, improve their processes, and build the structure they need to grow.
However, in this particular season of my life, I had to pivot to focus on another area that means a great deal to me: community, domestic violence and abuse awareness, women's legacy, and giving back.
Many of you already know that my philanthropic work focuses heavily on domestic violence, the different types of abuse people experience, and supporting individuals who are going through difficult transitions.
But what I'm building through Her Chosen Legacy goes beyond any one cause or initiative.
I am creating a community where women can genuinely connect, have real conversations, share resources, support one another, and build their own specific chosen legacy.
I'm not talking about another Facebook group where people join, introduce themselves, post a few things, and that's it.
No. That's not what I envision.
We're going to talk about everything! Our health and wellness, our spiritual walk, finances, business, careers, ministry, relationships, family, and the things we sometimes don't feel comfortable discussing.
We're going to learn from each other. We're going to laugh. We're going to network. We're going to have some tough conversations. We're going to celebrate one another, and we're going to give back.
Because every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and honored.
So, I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you what we're doing, what's coming, and how you can be part of it.
But before I get into all of that, I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me throughout the years. Whether you've attended an event, shared a post, purchased a book, referred someone, or encouraged me, I appreciate you more than you know.
